How often is mowing services scheduled?

We schedule mowing services on a weekly and bi-weekly basis. We mow your property on the same day every week. There are only a few exceptions to this; such as it is pouring down rain. We always send out emails notifying you if there is a change in the schedule.

Do you take electronic payments?

All payments are handled through our online client system. This eliminates the whole leaving a check or cash hidden under the doormat. We email you an invoice when payment is due and you simply log in to pay it like any other online bill pay. We can even set up reoccuring payments for your ease.

What happens if it rains?

In case the weather gets in the way to service your property we will send you an email letting you know. We always make up service as soon as possible.

Do I need to be home during service?

We service properties from in the morning all the way through until the afternoon. There is never a reason that you have to be home when we are there. We welcome you if you are. We always love to see our clients. Just ensure we can get to all areas of your property that we need to.In case the weather gets in the way to service your property we will send you an email letting you know. We always make up service as soon as possible.

Do you provide services year round?

We are a serious business. We don’t provide services as a hobby or just one of those guys who cuts grass. Therefore, we are here for you all year long for any of your lawn needs.

What kind of contract will I have to sign?

You won’t ever sign a contract for lawn mowing and maintenance services. We strive to always provide such a high value to you that we are confident you will love our service. We believe that if you are extremely happy with our service you will always want us to take care of your property..

Do I have to worry about my pets?

Pets are part of our families so we believe they should be treated as part of yours. This being the case we welcome pets. We do prefer an introduction if they are going to be loose on the property so that we can get to know them. We ensure that all gates are always closed behind us so that our four legged friends don’t accidentally get out.

What areas do you service?

We are based in the Hampton Cove / Big Cove area of north Alabama. We provide services in this area along with the following: Huntsville, Madison, Harvest, New Market, Owens Cross Roads, Brownsboro, Gurley : Landscaping and special circumstances we will travel to other areas just ask.
